Hatim is a Moroccan-born Spanish Chef who recently immigrated to America. Already seeing success with his critically acclaimed @phillytartas business (described as “an absolute fork magnet” by The Philadelphia Inquirer's Craig LaBan ), Hatim brings his next project - Philly Tapas to the Lucky Well Incubator Season 2. With his more than eight years of experience in the industry from Barcelona to Madrid, and four years as Sous Chef, he specializes in the famed Mediterranean food. His flavor profile is heavily influenced by Spanish classics, like paella, with an extra flare from his Moroccan background, making Hatim’s craft in the kitchen both unique and delicious…. Most recently Hatim was Chef Jacob Thrinh's sous chef in Season 1.
